Sarasota physicians with a wide range of experience
We created Life XL to allow everyone the chance to be restored. We know that life can come with hurdles, but it’s how we manage those hurdles that define us. We’d like to turn those hurdles into speed bumps, and then turn those speed bumps into asphalt.
Knowing the how and why allows us the opportunity to create health plans for weight loss, sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, or a combination to suit your needs.

Dr. Lazo Pipovski, MD
Dr. Pipovski is a highly respected physician with a background in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He completed his residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center of Richmond in Staten Island, NY and a fellowship at Cornell University Medical Center in NY. Since 1995, he has been in medical practice in Sarasota, where he has been recognized as one of the top physicians by Castle Conolly Medical Ltd. on multiple occasions.
Julie Sabin APRN FNP-C
Julie Sabin is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience and certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Mac Murray College in Jacksonville, Illinois and her Master of Science in Nursing at Hawaii Pacific University. In her career, Sabin has worked in both Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care and rural medicine in Alaska. She has a particular interest in functional medicine and the treatment of menopause and andropause.
